Jingwei is a Senior Associate at F-Prime, where he focuses on early-stage investments in digital assets. Prior to F-Prime, he invested in fintech with a particular focus on capital markets and investment management platforms. He previously worked at BCG on strategy and digital transformation projects. He began his career at the Bank of England, conducting macroprudential analysis and working on new bank authorisations.
Jingwei holds an MSc in Finance from Imperial College London. His interest in crypto began in 2017, when he helped raise $20 million via an ICO for a blockchain-based digital bank.
Natasha Rodgers is an Associate in F-Prime’s London team, working across the life sciences sub-sectors including therapeutics and medical technology. Prior to joining F-Prime, Natasha was an associate consultant at Bain & Company. She also worked as a junior doctor in Edinburgh and Oxford with a particular focus area in Intensive Care. Natasha holds an MB BChir from Cambridge University and an A.B. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Harvard University.
Jack Neureuter is an Associate at F-Prime focused on early-stage crypto investments. Prior to joining F-Prime, Jack was an investor at Avon Ventures and a research analyst for Fidelity Digital Assets. Jack’s time as a crypto-focused research analyst has served as a foundation to better understanding the evolving digital asset landscape.
Jack holds a degree in Finance from UMass Amherst. His interest in the crypto space was sparked in 2017 with his initial encounter with Bitcoin.
Bala Varadhan is a Principal at F-Prime focused on early-stage crypto, blockchain, and Web3 investments. Before joining F-Prime, Bala was with Avon Ventures and previously honed his expertise at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he specialized in private equity due diligence and growth strategy. Bala’s career also includes roles in private equity and law, which have equipped him with a strong foundation in investment and transactional analysis.
Bala holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, a JD from the Pritzker School of Law, and dual B.A.s in Economics and Liberal Arts from The University of Texas at Austin. His interest in the crypto space began in 2013 with his initial exposure to Bitcoin.
Sachin Patodia is a Partner at F-Prime. Prior to joining F-Prime, Sachin founded Avon Ventures and accumulated nearly two decades of experience at Fidelity’s Asset Management group as a portfolio manager on the equities team. Sachin’s investment expertise began during his early years in product management at various tech startups, providing him with a background in both finance and technology.
Sachin earned an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and holds dual degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S.E. in Computer Science, and a B.S. in Economics. His passion for emerging technologies sparked his early involvement with Bitcoin in 2014.
Cameron Raglin is an Associate at F-Prime, focusing on early-stage investments in healthcare technology and services companies. Prior to joining F-Prime, Cameron was a Consultant at Bain & Company, where he advised healthcare Private Equity transactions and business strategy for Fortune 100 healthcare and technology companies. He also served as a Senior Analyst at Twist Bioscience, focusing on corporate strategy, business development, and company operations.
Cameron holds a B.A. in History from Amherst College, with a minor focus in Physics and Pre-Medicine.
Raj Basak is a Senior Associate with F-Prime and works across the healthcare sub-sectors including therapeutics, medical technology, and life-sciences tools. Prior to joining F-Prime, Raj was a member of the Healthcare Investment Banking team at Goldman Sachs in New York where he worked on over $15 billion in announced financing and M&A transactions across biopharma.
Raj received his Ph.D. in Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry from Yale University and was a part of the Program in Physics, Engineering, and Biology (PEB). Raj’s doctoral research focused on studying the biophysical mechanisms underlying nociception in sensory neurons. While in graduate school, Raj was also a Canaan-Yale fellow with Canaan Partners and an analyst with Certara.
Prior to graduate school, Raj worked in laboratories at Columbia University Medical Center and Brown University. His research has been published in Biophysical Journal, Nature, Science Translational Medicine, among others. Raj also holds a B.S. in Physics with Research Honors from The Macaulay Honors College at The City College of New York, where he was awarded the Ward medal. His undergraduate thesis focused on interrogating field theory approaches to quantum tunnelling.
Alexander Munoz is a Senior Associate at F-Prime and works across the life sciences sub-sectors including therapeutics and medical technology. Prior to joining F-Prime, Alexander was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on biopharma diligence and commercial go-to-market strategy.
Alexander holds an M.D. from the Harvard-MIT Health Sciences & Technology (HST) program and an A.B. in applied mathematics and computer science from Harvard University.
Am is a Data Scientist for F-Prime’s tech fund, where he focuses on data science, automation and Enterprise IT. Prior to joining F-Prime, Am worked as a Data Scientist for John Hancock Investments where he helped develop models to predict why and when Financial Advisors would buy a specific financial product. Early in his career, Am worked at the Bollyky Lab at the Stanford Medical School where he worked as part of the team to analyze and predict T-Cell behavior for the paper: Hyaluronan synthesis inhibition impairs antigen presentation and delays transplantation rejection.
Am holds a B.S. degree from Northeastern University where he majored in Computer Engineering specializing in ML, Computer Vision, and Algorithms.
Rocio Wu is a Partner at F-Prime leading investments in FinTech and Enterprise software. Previously, she was an investor at Liquid 2 Ventures (founded by NFL hall of fame quarterback Joe Montana) where she invested in companies like Chipper Cash (an African cross-border payments company) and Overjet (artificial intelligence for oral healthcare). She was also a Sequoia Scout and an angel investor in Inworld.ai (developer platform for creating AI-powered virtual characters) and others still in stealth. Before investing career, she worked at Google and Amazon in a variety of operating roles such as CorpDev, GTM Strategy, Marketing across the U.S., Japan, Spain and China.
Rocio is a community builder and is involved in multiple groups that support the involvement of women and minorities in technology, including Xooglers, HBS Circles, and LatAm entrepreneurs. She’s physically based in the Bay Area, but you can often find her traveling to LatAm and other parts of the world learning about different cultures and ideas. Rocio holds a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Shanghai International Studies University (joint program with Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Spain).
