Rachel Woolbert joined F-Prime in January of 2022. She is the Executive Assistant to President and Senior Managing Partner Stephen C. Knight, MD. Prior to F-Prime, Rachel supported the Founder and Chairman of Cambridge Family Enterprise Group (CFEG), a consulting firm advising wealthy family businesses. Prior to CFEG, Rachel supported the CIO of HighVista Strategies, an investment management firm co-founded by a Harvard Business School finance professor. Rachel started her administrative career at Harvard Business School, where she served as a Faculty Assistant and Unit Coordinator for 17 years.
Rachel received her BA from Harvard University Extension School, graduating cum laude.
Tierney Caputo joined F-Prime in September 2021. She is the Executive Assistant to David Jegen. Prior to F-Prime, she worked as an Executive Assistant and Event Planner. Tierney received her BA in Communications and Public Relations from Virginia Tech.
Clay Basser-Wall is the Chief Compliance Officer of F-Prime. He has more than 20 years of legal and compliance experience. Before joining F-Prime in 2020, Clay served as the Vice President of Inside Information Compliance and Employee Trade Monitoring in Fidelity’s Ethics Office. Before that, he was an Enforcement Attorney for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he investigated potential violations of the federal securities laws, and an Associate of the law firms of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C., and Brobeck Phleger & Harrison, LLP, where he represented corporations and their directors and officers in securities lawsuits and SEC investigations.
Clay holds a law degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he was a founding member of the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment Law & Practice and an Associate Justice of the Moot Court Board. He received his B.A., with honors and distinction, from Sonoma State University.
Rosy Howell joined the F-Prime team in March 2017. She is Executive Assistant to Alex Pasteur and Nihal Sinha. Previously, she worked at Henry Milner & Co. as Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Henry Milner. Rosy received her BA in Philosophy and English from the University of Southampton.
Derrick Williams is the Receptionist at F-Prime, joining in October 2018. Prior to joining F-Prime, Derrick worked in the Security field with Northeast Security for five years. Derrick attended Gibbs College, where he majored in Computer Networking Operations.
Eleni Russell joined in 2018 and is Senior Director of Finance at F-Prime. Eleni has over 15 years of venture capital and private equity experience. Prior to joining F-Prime, Eleni served as an Accounting Manager at Fidelity Investments. During her six years at Fidelity, Eleni was responsible for managing venture capital and private equity entities within the Corporate Accounting group. Prior to her work at Fidelity, Eleni served as a senior accountant at TVM Capital, a venture capital firm focused on life sciences and healthcare.
Eleni holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Suffolk University.
Davina Magargal is the Head of Marketing at F-Prime, where she leads the firm’s brand strategy, communications, and marketing initiatives. With over two decades of experience in the venture capital industry, Davina brings deep expertise in strategic communications, investor relations, and high-impact event programming that supports firm-wide objectives and portfolio growth.
Before joining F-Prime, Davina was responsible for investor communications at Excel Venture Management, a venture capital firm focused on life science technologies. Prior to that, she led marketing at Globespan Capital Partners, a global venture firm focused on scaling technology companies, where she oversaw integrated marketing strategy, public relations, digital platforms, and event execution.
Earlier in her career, Davina led marketing and communications at JAFCO Ventures and held operations and marketing roles at Tradition Financial Services (TFS), where she managed the firm’s events and brand initiatives.
Davina holds a BA from Cedar Crest College.
Rachel Feely-Kohl joined F-Prime in January 2018, where she leads the platform team for the tech fund. Prior to F-Prime Rachel spent four years in Chicago supporting community growth and expansion for high-growth companies, including WeWork and Startup Institute. Immediately prior to joining F-Prime, Rachel was the Head of Community for FinTEx Chicago, a FinTech industry association, where she oversaw program development and membership. She began her career working for non-profits, where she helped launched entrepreneurial-focused community programs in the US and abroad.
Rachel received her BA in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland-College Park.
Renée Beccia is the Head of Finance and joined F-Prime in July 2015 to help support the finance and administrative functions of the firm. Prior to joining F-Prime, she was employed by Prism VentureWorks where she held the positions of Accounting Manager and Controller. She also held various accounting roles at AEW Capital Management LP in their Direct Investments Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their Assurance and Advisory Services division.
Renée holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Providence College.
Christine D’Attilio joined F-Prime in October of 2005. She is Executive Assistant to Robert Weisskoff, PhD, Jess Alston, PhD, and Muz Mansuri, PhD. Prior to F-Prime, she worked as an Executive Assistant for Fidelity and Pembroke Real Estate supporting the senior project management teams, assisting in special projects and event planning. Christine received her BFA from Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
