About the Role
F-Prime is seeking an MBA summer intern to support the F-Prime healthtech + services (HITS) team. We are excited to bring on an intellectually curious and motivated individual who is interested in working with great entrepreneurs and innovative companies. The role will be focused on supporting research and industry analysis on emerging investment areas in the health tech and services space. Summer interns will have the opportunity to engage with the full F-Prime team and are provided with a thoughtful balance of support, training and freedom to explore personal interest areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop new investment theses via independent market analysis and industry expert interviews
- Evaluate compelling early-stage companies to understand key drivers of differentiation (e.g., business model, go-to-market, clinical validation)
- Support and engage with portfolio companies on operational and growth initiatives
- Join presentations and meetings with external companies and interact with peer investors
Requirements
- We are looking for a current MBA candidate with a strong interest in exploring the intersection between healthcare and technology
- Summer interns will be expected to work in a hybrid capacity from our Boston office during Summer 2026 from June 8th – August 7th

- This is a full-time Summer 2026 internship, and a stipend will be provided. The total compensation range for this 10-week internship is $16,000 – $22,000. F-Prime considers a variety of factors when determining compensation, including professional background and relevant work experience; as a result, actual compensation may vary.
