Kendra Ryan joined F-Prime in 2026 as a Director of Ecosystem Network. She focuses on nurturing and expanding the firm’s executive talent and advisory networks across AI, fintech, and enterprise software. Prior to F-Prime, she was a Director at SPMB Executive Search where she led executive searches across the technology ecosystem.
In addition to her role at F-Prime, Kendra serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Best Buddies San Francisco Chapter, a nonprofit dedicated to ending the social, physical, and economic isolation of people with intellectual and development disabilities.
Kendra graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Neuroscience.
Kyle Fasulo joined F-Prime as a Finance Manager in January 2026. Prior to joining F-Prime, he worked at RSM in the Financial Due Diligence practice, where he supported transaction analysis and key financial assessments for a range of clients. Prior to that, he was part of KPMG’s Audit practice within the Alternative Investments group, focusing on venture capital funds, endowments and other private investment vehicles.
Kyle holds bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Accounting from Roger Williams University and a master’s degree in Accounting from Bryant University.
Crissy Derome joined F-Prime Capital in 2024 and currently supports the Crypto team. She also serves as Project Coordinator for Fine Structure Ventures, where she manages executive operations, complex scheduling, and cross-functional initiatives with precision and discretion.
Before joining F-Prime, Crissy held senior administrative roles at Fidelity Investments and Devonshire Investors, supporting executives across Corporate Development, Fidelity Labs, and Asset Management. Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade at Shields Health Care Group, leading administrative operations and coordinating major corporate and philanthropic events.
She holds a degree in Paralegal Studies from Eastern Nazarene College and is a certified Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Tomesha Campbell joined F-Prime in September 2025 as an Executive Assistant to Stacie Weninger, PhD and Chong Xu, PhD. Prior to joining F-Prime, she worked as an Administrative Assistant for Harvard Management Company, where she supported the finance, operations, and investment teams.
Tomesha earned her BA from Albright College and holds a dual MA from The Heller School at Brandeis University.
Tenzin Jampa joined F-Prime in 2025 as a data scientist, where he focuses on data science and automation. Tenzin graduated from MIT in 2025. During his time at MIT, he conducted research at the Laboratory for Nuclear Science, worked on analyzing the early data samples from the 2024 LHCb Run, and evaluated Large Language Models for physics domain specialization. Tenzin enjoys writing and occasionally publishes on his blog. In his free time, he loves to watch or play soccer, go on walks, play video games, or read.
Tenzin holds a B.S. degree from MIT in Physics and Philosophy.
Claire Knowlton joined F-Prime in 2025 as a Marketing Associate. Claire supports marketing initiatives through event planning and internal communications. Previously, she worked at an estate planning law firm, focusing on email and social media marketing.
Claire holds a BA in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago.
Abby Wagner joined F-Prime in September 2024, and currently holds a Senior Accountant role. She previously held an Assurance Senior position at Ernst & Young, LLP serving primarily private clients in the wealth and asset management industry.
Abby earned an MBA and BS in Accounting with a Minor in Finance from Auburn University.
Lucia is an Executive Assistant and the Office Manager of F-Prime’s San Francisco Office. Lucia supports a number of Principals across the firm’s San Francisco and Cambridge offices.
Prior to F-Prime, Lucia was Executive Assistant to the Dean of Harvard’s John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Lucia also previously held EA and Development Associate roles at a non-profit in the Boston area, after transitioning from roles in Music.
Lucia received her M.M. in Collaborative Piano from the New England Conservatory of Music, and B.A. in Piano Performance from University of California, Santa Cruz.
Rosanne Yang is Senior Legal Counsel at Fidelity Investments and supports the F-Prime team on legal aspects of the firm’s operations, including portfolio company investments and exits, fund formation, ongoing fund administration, and day-to-day management company operations.
Rosanne joined Fidelity in 2024 from Goodwin Procter, where she was a Senior Associate in the firm’s Technology and Life Sciences groups. Rosanne has many years of legal experience counseling venture capital and private equity firms, public and private companies, and entrepreneurs on a variety of legal matters. While working at Goodwin Procter, she also served as a Legal Secondee for Bain Capital Life Sciences, offering insights on a broad spectrum of legal and compliance issues. Over the course of her legal career, Rosanne has worked across a broad spectrum of industries, including biotechnology, health care, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, software, information technology and financial services.
Rosanne received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar and an editor of the Columbia Journal of European Law. She received her LL.B from Peking University in International Studies, and her Master’s degree in International Affairs from Sciences Po Paris.
Rosanne is admitted to the Massachusetts and the New York bars.
Lisa Robidoux joined F-Prime as Senior Accountant in September 2024. Prior to joining F-Prime, she worked at RSM US LLP for two years, most recently as a Senior Associate in their Assurance practice, where she primarily focused on private clients in the technology and life science industries.
Lisa holds a B.S. in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Accounting and Management from the University of New Hampshire.
