Michelle Goodrich, SHRM – CP

Michelle Goodrich joined F-Prime Capital as a Manager of Human Resources to support the development and execution of human resource strategies for the firm. Michelle has over 10 years of experience as an HR professional and brings an extensive background in training and development, benefits, employee relations and human resources compliance.

Prior to F-Prime, she oversaw the HR department for Beacon Hill Staffing Group, a billion-dollar staffing agency located nationwide. She has also held various HR roles in insurance, technology, and hospitality-based industries.

Michelle holds a B.A. in Psychology and minored in Business Administration from The University of Massachusetts Lowell, a graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from The University of Massachusetts – Boston, and is a Certified Professional with The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP).
