Alicia Novak is the Vice President of Risk and Compliance at F-Prime Capital. Alicia has nearly 15 years of legal and compliance experience. She joined Fidelity Investments in 2013 and has held a variety of roles addressing regulatory risk and financial crime prevention. Most recently, Alicia was Director of Global Sanctions and Anti-Corruption, where she provided firm-wide economic sanctions and anti-corruption subject matter expertise and helped develop, administer and oversee these programs. Alicia has an extensive background in regulatory compliance and was a senior advisor managing regulatory examinations and inquiries on behalf of Fidelity’s capital markets and clearing broker-dealer business lines.
Alicia has also served as Vice President and Head of Global Sanctions Advisory at Brown Brothers Harriman. She was previously a litigation attorney at Nutter, McClennen & Fish LLP in Boston, where she counseled clients on complex commercial matters.
Alicia holds a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was a James Wilson Fellow in Public Governance and served on the Executive Board for the University of Pennsylvania’s Journal of Constitutional Law. She received her B.A., with honors, from Johns Hopkins University.
